E-Orders Shipping & Delivery Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Sincere Manufacture & Supplies Pte Ltd does not ship on weekends and public holidays. Orders received after 3pm between Mondays and Fridays will be processed on the next working day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders may take up to 1 to full business day to be processed, picked, printed and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order. This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and Sincere Manufacture & Supplies Pte Ltd does not have a proprietary tracking system.

Please track your shipment as Sincere Manufacture & Supplies Pte Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
